Every presidential election, some pollster asks thousands of people if they'd rather have a beer with one candidate or the other. We believe this is an extremely important measurement of the quality of someone's character and we believe that companies should be judged the same way. We started this company because we wanted to tell the world about beer-related products that we fell in love with. We wanted to build a community of like-minded beer drinkers who want to share great times and great beers with their friends and family like we do. We wanted to have a lot of people who wanted to have a beer with us. We've built our service policy around this philosophy.

Our One-Question-Asked Returns Policy

We've tested and used every product we sell. We don't sell products we don't like. However, we realize that products can be like IPAs -- some people like them, some people don't. It doesn't make you bad, it doesn't make us bad. We just agree to disagree.

If you are not 100% satisfied with what you've bought at PortaBeer, you can return your order to us for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. The only thing we ask is that you answer the following question: What was it about this product that made you want to return it?

If the product doesn't work or is damaged, return shipping is free. You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us (not the manufacturer) in its original condition. Within 24 hours of your return being received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card account (or original method of payment) within five business days. [Note: Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.] You will receive an email from us when we've received your return, when we've processed the return and, in the case of an exchange, when the item has shipped.

Returning a gift?

Maybe you already had one of our way-too-cool products and didn't need another one. Or maybe what you were given was your own equivalent of the pink bunny pajamas from A Christmas Story. Regardless, include the purchaser's name and address along with your return. Then, follow our One-Question-Asked Returns process and we'll make it right for you.

Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased from PortaBeer.com goes on sale for a lower price within14 days of your original purchase, we will refund the difference upon request.

Restocking fees

There will be no restocking fees for any returns.
